How do I send a Photo?

You can send your photos by one of the following:-

By clicking on the Check My Photo button at the bottom of your screen,  On a mobile click the Blue Chat Button,
Send by Whatsapp or a direct chat. You can attach photos.
You can also send photos by email to myphoto@printmymasks.co.uk

How quick can you get them here?

We process orders on a first come first serve basis.
Orders in by 11am Monday to Friday (exclding Bank Hoiliday's) are normally posted out the same working day if the provided photo is good enough to use.  We post mostly by Royal Mail which normally take a few days to get delivered,  this is dependent on how busy Royal Mail is at the time.  Once posted we have no control as to when the order will actually arrive.  For urgent orders we always recommend Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery by 1pm.

What are the payment options?

We accept most Debit/Credit Card Payments
Paypal
Bank Transfers

What is your return policy?

All our Made to Order custom made products are exept from Distance Seller Regulations. We do not Accept Returns or issue Refunds once the order is printed / delivered.
The exception to this rule is Damaged in Transit by post.
