We founded PrintMyMasks with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!
We check all photos before proceeding with orders, you are welcome to send us the photo or photo's before you order.
Orders in by 11am Monday to Friday (excluding Back Holiday's and busy periods) are processed and dispatched the same working day, this is dependent on the photo.
We package orders in Hardback Envelopes or a Box then place inside a Weather Proof Postage Bag.
We do not add any advertising or mention what is inside the package.
Distance Seller Policies:- Due to the nature of these made to order items we can not accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind. This does not affect your statuary rights.
Terms and Conditions
All custom made items we make are exempt from the usual online distance seller regulations. Once an order has been printed we can not cancel or refund the order. We do not accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind once received. The final Printed results are dependent on your photo's quality and resolution. We will use whatever photo you send if the actual size of the photo will allow, issues like focus, resolution, colour, brightness, darkness, old scanned photo's are out of our control and will print worse than they look like if viewing on a small screen, eg Mobile or Table, the photo quality is something you need to be happy with before sending the photo to print, after all these are your photos you are sending. If unsure then jsut send the photo and ask us to check first, we don't mind honestly 😃 If we find the photo will not work due to the small size of it we will ask you to try another. If we find the photo is obviously not suitable we will ask you to try another. If the order has not yet been printed you have the right to change your mind and cancel the order at that point. Please also read our Returns Policy.
We do not sell or pass on any of your provided information or any of your photo's you send to us.
We can not accept returns for Custom Made Orders. The only exception to this rule is if found to be damage on receipt due to postal damage. You would need to contact us the same delivery day explaining the issue and send us photo's of the damaged packaging and what damage was caused to the contents. In some cases we would require the order returning back to us before a refund could be issued.
We do not issue refunds for delayed post, you have a choice of delivery methods from standard 1st class post to Special Guaranteed next day if needed. It is your responsibility to choose a suitable delivery method
