We advise you to check the quality of your photo or photos before sending them to us, (Please check your photos on a PC or Laptop monitor)

by sending us your photo or photos we deem you are happy for us to use them if the actual size of the photo will allow. minimum 600px x 600px

Remember these are your photos, we don't know what kind of printed quality you'll be happy with, as a rule if it looks poor on a PC screen it will print worse!

Quality issues like Darkness, Brightness, lacking in clarity or sharpness, grainy, blocky, pixelated or group photos where the faces are too far back and too small are not recommend.

If the actual size of the persons face (after cropping) will work for us then the photo will be used regardless of the aforementioned quality issues.

We reserve the right to request another photo from you if the one or more you sent will not work due to the actual size of the photo only.

Extra charge applies if using all different photos.

All custom bespoke made to order products we sell are exempt from Distance Seller Regulations, these are None Refundable due to the nature of the product.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We apply a higher postage charge for orders of 1, 2 or 3 masks, this is to cover costs and time.
